Principal | Creative Harvest
Lori Pasulka, principal of Creative Harvest, has been offering clients creative solutions to graphic design challenges since 1998. Prior to Creative Harvest’s inception, Lori’s previous experience as art director for The Phoenician Resort (1994-1998), as well as graphic designer at The Pointe Hilton Resorts (1987-1994) provided the solid foundation to approach client projects with creativity and thoughtful expertise.
Since December 2016 Lori has been creating high-quality visual communication solutions for ASU Enterprise Partners — a private nonprofit organization made up of distinct entities (comprised of the ASU Foundation, University Realty, Skysong Innovations, ASU Research Collaboratory and ASURE) that raise and invest resources — including philanthropy, real assets and the transfer of technology — for the benefit of Arizona State University. ASU Enterprise is among the AZCentral.com Top Companies to work for in Arizona for 5 years in a row (2014 -2018). Its mission is to advance the success of Arizona State University as a New American University.
A few highlights from ASU Enterprise Partners:
- In spring 2017, Lori was responsible for designing and producinga $10,000 high-profile wall art on the prestigious 6th Floor of the Fulton Center in the The Lincoln Conference Center. This wall of philanthropy later won gold and a certificate of merit.
- Created a professional custom presentation box used by development professionals to house case statement brochures for Campaign ASU 2020 to high-end donors.
- Lori is a driving force behind elevating ASU-branded collateral for ASU’s President’s Club and Women and Philanthropy, which has captured the attention of ASU’s Enterprise Marketing HUB, among others.
- Art directed a photo shoot of ASU’s Washington DC building with architectural photographer, Alan Karchmer and architectural firm CORE in July 2018.
In 2016, prior to employment with ASU Enterprise Partners, Lori assisted the creative advertising “store experience” team at the corporate headquarters for PetSmart as a full-time contractor for a 7-month assignment. Projects ranged from digital billboards, ad rack flyers and in-store signage to promotional banners, A-frame sidewalk signs, bagstuffers, and a myriad of other projects. PetSmart has stores across the U.S., Puerto Rico and Canada.
From 2009 forward, Lori has expanded her professional skills and networked with others who recognize the popularity of WordPress—an open source content management system (CMS), which makes up 30% of all websites on the internet. In 2012 and 2013 Lori contributed volunteer graphic design services for WordCampPHX—an annual sold-out weekend that attracts 700+ avid WordPress fans from all over the U.S. to downtown Chandler. She was an assistant organizer for the AZ WordPress Meetup Group (2013-2016).
Lori earned her Bachelors of Science degree in Art, with a concentration in Visual Communications from Illinois State University. She has served on the Program Advisory Committee for The Art Institute of Phoenix (2001-2005), and has been a member and served in leadership roles with the Arizona chapter of the American Institute of Graphic Arts (AIGA) (1998-2004). Ms. Pasulka is active with the American Marketing Association (AMA) volunteering with their Special Interest Group (SIG) events. She has also been a member of the Phoenix Adobe InDesign Users Group (PHXIDUG).
